Shaun and Renate welcome you to their 5 Star Victorian house offering luxurious B&B guest accommodation. Close to the centre of Falmouth, all our rooms are individually decorated to a very high standard. Many rooms have distant sea or harbour views and all are ensuite with baths and/or showers, with central heating, tea/coffee making facilities, mineral water, flat screen TV's with freeview, radios etc.

Our superior rooms offer larger beds and DVD players are available on request. Access to our house requires four steps to the entrance. We have a twin and single rooms on the ground floor. Renate also speaks fluent German. We are situated just a few minutes walk from the beaches and a plentiful supply of shops, pubs and restaurants.

TARIFF 2010

Summer rates are from £43.00 per person. Winter rates: 1st Oct to 31st March : £37.50 pp SPRING BREAKS: Book a minimum of any three consecutive days from 1st April to 11th June and prices start from £117.50 per person for any three nights. Also: BOOK A SEVEN NIGHT STAY AND ONLY PAY FOR SIX.

We have a licensed bar and a homely public lounge, private parking and Wifi internet connection.

Our daily prices start from £37.50 per person in the Winter and from £43.00 in the summer, superior rooms are £5.00 extra per person and for those wishing to stay longer we offer every seventh night free of charge.

FALMOUTH

Falmouth has something for everyone, From the historical Pendennis Castle built by Henry 8th to more recently built National Maritime Museum. Take a ferry ride across the harbour to visit St. Mawes.

Beaches, miles of coastal footpaths, quaint fishing villages are decorated all around our coast line. For a couple of hours walk, you would reach the mouth of The Helford River and home to Frenchman's Creek immortalized by Daphne Du Maurier heritage trails and magnificent Cornish Gardens for you to explore at your leisure not forgetting the famous Eden Project, all within a short journey away.

For the enthusiastic sports people the area offers amongst other things fishing, surfing, golfing and of course sailing. Falmouth too has a great assortment of wonderful restaurants, including many serving freshly caught fish.

There is something for everyone here.
