Self Catering Tariff 2012
Prices for holiday homes vary according to size
and season but a typical example of a three bedroomed property
to sleep up to six people would range from
- £370 per week during winter
- about £430 per week during spring and autumn
- to a maximum of £825 per week for high summer.
However, as our smallest property
is ideal for one person and our largest will accommodate up
to ten people, fuller price details are available on request.
Short breaks are usually available
outside of the peak season, typically at about £60 per night.

We offer a variety of self-catering holiday
homes in North Cornwall; large and small, old and new, coastal and
inland.
All are fully furnished and equipped (with
the exception of bed linen in some properties). Nearly all properties
will accept well behaved pets.
Our coastal properties are located at
Trebarwith Strand - a small hamlet about three miles from Tintagel.
Here, a road winds down a deep valley to a beautiful sandy beach.
Properties are situated along the road
within a short walk of the beach.
Inland properties are close to Bodmin
Moor yet still only a short drive from the coast.
For those of you unfamiliar with the
North Cornwall area, Tintagel is a small town, famous for King Arthur.
Numerous villages and hamlets surround Tintagel. The nearest market
town is Camelford about five miles away. Bodmin, Launceston and Wadebridge
are all within a half hours drive and the cities of Plymouth and Truro
about an hour by car.
North Cornwall is a very peaceful, rural
area, ideal for walking and water sports such fishing or surfing.
The spectacular Eden Project is less than an hour's drive away. Several
good golf clubs are easily accessible and the area is an excellent
base from which to explore all of Cornwall and North Devon
