Self Catering Accommodation
Courtyard Cottage is split over 3 levels and you will find that you have plenty of space to relax and watch the world go by. There are 2 Xboxes (with games) and a DVD player (with over 100 DVD's). Free superfast Wi-fi and 4 Freesat TV's. A selection of family games should provide enough entertainment to keep everyone happy in between trips out and about.
The family bathroom with bath and separate shower enclosure is on the top floor whilst there is an additional shower and toilet on the middle floor, next to the 4th bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a two-seater setee. One of the other double bedrooms benefits from a zip and link bed, which can be configured as a super-kingsize or two 3ft single beds. All of the bedrooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers.
The kitchen is very well equipped with separate fridge and freezer, integrated dishwasher and a washer dryer. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. The large oak dining table will comfortably seat 8 people.
The kitchen and dining room on the ground floor have under-floor heating and the lounge and bedrooms all have energy efficient electric radiators. Both the bathroom and shower room have heated towel rails. Electricity is included in the tariff. Bed linen and towels are also provided free of charge. Parking permits for the car park just 20 metres away are available for £30 per week per vehicle.
Stairgates are fitted and there is also a travel cot and high-chair available at no extra cost. Safety restrictors are fitted to all of the sash windows.

Courtyard Cottage is located just 200 meters from the harbour and only 20 meters from the car park. The Cottage is perfect for families to explore all that Cornwall has to offer with beaches, coastal walks and the Lost Gardens of Heligan only minutes away. Ideally located in the village, Courtyard Cottage is just a short level walk to the restaurants and pubs in the narrow cobbled streets, but far out enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet at night.
