Corner Cottage is one of 5 new cottages built by the Award winning Rosemullion Homes and completed in 2006.

This lovely cottage, which incorporates many traditional Cornish features and materials, provides guests with a first class self catering base.

ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation is for 4 (or 5) people and comprises of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and a single), a bathroom with bath and power shower, kitchen/diner which leads out onto the patio area, a large lounge plus downstairs cloakroom.

There is access to open countryside and public footpaths to the rear of the cottage and the village amenities and shops are just a few minutes walk away.

Corner Cottage is fully equipped in order to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

The high quality kitchen is complete with gas hob/electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster and washing machine.

In the lounge you’ll find a widescreen digital TV/radio and DVD player plus a selection of board games, DVD's and books for your entertainment.

Corner Cottage has gas central heating making it the perfect base for year round vacations, long weekends or short breaks. Patio furniture and a BBQ are also provided.

LOCATION

Corner Cottage is located on Fore Street in the lively village of Probus, mid-way between the lovely cathedral City of Truro (a 15 minute drive to the west) and St Austell to the east.

The village offers a wide range of facilities including a pub, restaurants, convenience stores, butchers shop, post office, church and a great Fish and Chip shop!

Providing the ideal touring base with excellent access to the North and South coastlines, tranquil wooded valleys as well as Cornwall’s dramatic moorlands.

The Fal estuary and the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with its safe sandy beaches, pretty coves and fishing villages, are just a short drive from Probus, as are many of the County’s most popular tourist attractions.

Many of Cornwall’s historic houses and unique gardens, such as Trelissick, Trebah, Lanhydrock and Caerhays Castle are all within easy reach. Trewithen Gardens are a 20 minute walk from Corner Cottage.

The world famous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are both approximately 10 miles away toward St Austell.
