Our luxury Cottages are in the Camel Valley and are surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside. A haven of peace and tranquillity situated between the Camel Estuary (Padstow, Wadebridge, Rock, Polzeath) and Bodmin Moor. North Cornwall.

We have three cottages sleeping between two and seven people all of which enjoy wonderful valley views. The cottages are formed from original farm buildings and are decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Our Cottages

All our cottages are 4 Star rated by Quality in Tourism on behalf of Visit Cornwall. They feature central heating and either an open fire or a wood burner. Every kitchen has a fan oven, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Hollyhill and Swallow's Nest have Freeview and DVDs players connected to the TVs whereas the Bull's House features full home cinema DVD, 27" LCD TV and Freeview. There are additional TVs in Swallows Nest and the Bull's House.

Laid out, ready for your arrival, will be a cream tea with scones, jam and clotted cream including supplies of tea and milk. With fresh flowers on the table we hope this will go some way to reviving you after a long journey.

Holyhill sleeps 2-7

Hollyhill Hill is a spacious 3 bedroomed holiday cottage with accommodation laid out all on one level. Popular with couples and family groups.

The Bull's House sleeps 2-4

The Bull's House - literally where the farm bull lived. Converted by us (along with our builder!) over autumn/winter '04/'05. The cottage is detached and arranged over 3 levels with wonderful valley views from the bedrooms, patio and conservatory. Please note the Bathroom and WC is on the same level as the Twin Room.

Swallow's Nest sleeps 2-7

Swallows Nest is a spacious 3 bedroomed holiday cottage with accommodation laid out all on one level. Brilliant for families but also great for couples enjoying Cornwall outside of school holidays.

Tariff

• Well behaved dogs are welcome free of charge as long as they are accompanied by considerate owners.
• Bed Linen, Bath and Hand towels, first basket of logs for the open fire/wood burner (Nov to March), and of course kitchen crockery and utensils.
• Parking - Each cottage has parking for 2 cars. There is additional safe parking a short walk from the cottages.
