This area of coastline at Mullion Cove, has been given the status as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty by the National Trust. There are excellent cliff top walks and exquisite coves and beaches within minutes. Also there are pubs and a supermarket a walk away as well as several wonderful restaurants specialising in local fish menus.
Mullion Cove is part of the Lizard Peninsula at the most southerly part of Cornwall. The coastal footpath is practically on your doorstop and with its mild climate and stunning coastline it is the ideal place for either a family holiday or a fabulous retreat for breathtaking walks taking in some of the powerful Atlantic storms that break waves of 50 -100 ft over harbour walls and cliffs.
Mullion cove is beautiful to swim in and children love to jump and dive from the harbour walls, also there are a couple of local fishing boats to take you for a trip around the island and if you want to catch some delicious mackerel for your supper!
