Mill was originally a working corn mill; it was converted about 50 years ago and
completely renovated recently. It was one of two working corn mills in the Penberth

River.
The mill is within five minutes walk of Penberth
Cove, one of the remaining unspoilt working fishing coves in Cornwall,
owned by the National Trust and with access to the South West Coast Path.
