HAWTHORN COTTAGE
CRACKINGTON HAVEN SLEEPS 2
Tariff from £190 to £350 per week

Hawthorn Cottage is situated in the village of Crackington Haven, just over the Devon border in beautiful North Cornwall. It occupies a quiet spot inside the entrance of a private drive with its own parking space. The Cottage is 50 yards from the village shop/post office and one mile from the unspoilt little beach of Crackington Haven.

Hawthorn Cottage has been sympathetically converted from an old barn and features some of the original beams. It is a detached single storey building with lawns front and back where a picnic table and barbecue are provided. The entrance porch has Cornish slate flooring leading into a hall; to the right is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and matching pine furniture (duvets, bed linen and towels are provided). There is a small separate kitchen equipped with an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, attractive china, ample kitchen utensils and many other extras. To the left of the hall the beamed lounge/diner has a round pine table and matching chairs, two comfortable easy chairs, TV, and an additional room heater.

Trelawne bungalow is situated in the village of Crackington Haven, just over the Devon boarder into beautiful North Cornwall. It occupies a quiet spot inside the entrance of a private drive with its own parking. The bungalow is 50 yards from the village Post Office and one mile from the unspoilt little beach of Crackington Haven.

Trelawne is a spacious detached bungalow set amidst trees with lawns front and back where a picnic table and barbecue are provided. The bungalow has a large kitchen/diner with pine table and chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, attractive china, ample kitchen utensils and many other extras. The spacious lounge has a three piece suite, coffee table and T V-DVD system focused around an attractive wooden fireplace with an additional room heater. The bedrooms include one double, with en-suite shower room, two twins, each individually decorated and furnished with matching duvets and bed linen provided (but please bring your own towels). The bathroom is also quite spacious.

HARBOURSIDE COTTAGE
BOSCASTLE SLEEPS 2
Tariff from £195 to £390 per week

This Cottage is on the edge of the very beautiful Boscastle natural harbour about 200 yards from the sea. The Cottage has been carefully modernised and ensures extremely comfortable accommodation.

The ground floor comprises a kitchenette, which is equipped with attractive china, ample kitchen utensils, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, and many other extras. The living room area has been tastefully fitted with pine dado boarding with matching dining room table and chairs, a leather sofa, TV and an additional room heater. From the living room a door leads to an open courtyard at the rear of the Cottage which provides a patio table and chairs, plus barbecue within a quiet area to reflect on the day. This area is also ideal if you have pets because it is escape proof with high walls providing your animal with a secure outdoor area. An open staircase leads up to one double bedded room with views of the harbour. The bedroom is attractively furnished in pine with duvets, bed linen and towels provided. The adjoining bathroom is also very spacious.

Unfortunately there is NO private parking space for this cottage and you will need to purchase a week pass for the large public car park a two minute walk away from the cottage (loading and unloading is permitted outside the Cottage). These permits however can be used in other car parks around Cornwall.
