Just 100 metres from your doorstep is Fistral Beach, which is renowned for hosting the world A.S.P. surfing championships.

At the bottom of Belmont Place is the Red Lion pub which overlooks the harbour together with two surf shops and café/restaurant. Sainsburys supermarket and the town centre is a 5-minute stroll.

The house is well appointed having a good size south facing sitting room with Panasonic 50 inch plasma and DVD player together with mini hi-fi, adjoining ground floor bedroom, which in turn leads to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/dining room with washing machine, microwave, oven/hob etc.

Whilst upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of which have new double beds this season and bunk beds in the third bedroom. All bedding and duvets are included in the tariff.

The perfect natural conditions produce an ideal surfing coast, which has tempted surfers from all over the world to visit Newquay and try out the waves. As such, it is now widely regarded as the surf capital of the UK and hosts the National Surfing Championships every year on Fistral Beach.

As well as surfing, Newquay has become famous for it's wild clubbing nights and as such, is a hugely popular destination for stag and hen parties throughout Great Britain.

Newquay doesn't simply offer extreme activity and frenzied nightlife - there are also plenty of historical places of interest and beautiful coastal paths to explore and take in the relaxing Cornish atmosphere.
