The apartment is very bright and modern with open plan lounge/kitchen, small balcony area with seating available, perfect to enjoy the sea views. The lounge has LCD tv, DVD player and freeview, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine/ dryer, microwave, electric oven + gas hob and fridge freezer. There is 1 double bedroom enjoying sea views and 1 twin bedded room, the bathroom has overbath shower and shower screen.

Porth offers peace and quiet, and yet is just minutes from the amenities and buzz of Newquay. The village is the oldest part of Newquay and its here the original Porth Quay was situated. When the quay moved down the coast, a ‘new quay’ was born and Porth became the charming place it is today. The local pub, The Mermaid Inn is just a 2 minute walk away and is perfect for enjoying al fresco dining right on the beach.
