Alba House - Sleeps 6

Alba House is a very modern and comfortable house with large airy rooms. It has been put together with an eye for quality and makes the most of its elevated position and excellent views. The property is overlooking the coast and bay in Gorran Haven.

Accommodation
The entrance on Perhaver Park gives the impression of a neat modern single story house with pleasant front garden and parking. On entering it becomes clear that there is much more to it. There is a second floor below with bedrooms, a bathroom and access onto a lawned garden and large south facing patio area. The upper floor has three very large open plan living spaces with a glazed, decked balcony stretching the full length of the back of the house.

A shower room and a king sized bedroom completes the accommodation. Upstairs there are quality pale oak floors and laminates, wood burners and sea views from almost every window. A fine and comfortable house within easy reach of the beach and coastal path. Alba House benefits from having a completely separate self contained studio at one end of the building. This is designed to be entirely separate from the main house, but by opening a dividing panel on the decked balcony, can be arranged to extend the accommodation of the house to sleep 8 if required.

It is exceptionally well furnished, contemporary, comfortable and flooded with light from windows and patio doors all facing south and the sea. There is plenty of room to relax and to socialise. Can be rented with or without the Alba studio.

There is a driveway with parking for one car and it is possible to park on the quiet road outside the house. * If booked with Alba Studio there is an additional parking space.

The house is set back from the road by a small front garden, to the side beyond the parking area a (gated) path leads down to the garden at the rear. The garden has lawn and patio space, a barbeque area and a tributary of the busy stream that is such a feature of Gorran Haven beach. The stream is screened by a rockery, but small children should be supervised at all times. The garden is very pleasantly screened from view by bamboo at the sides.

Alba Studio - Self catering Sleeps 2

Aptly named ‘Alba’, the Latin for white, this apartment is a gloriously light, clean white, contemporary space. The studio has been newly built to an extremely high standard is well furnished with a super kingsize bed, a flatscreen DVD TV, and has its own private sun deck with sea views. Alba Studio is just 2 mins to the south coast cliff path and only 6 minutes walk to Gorran Haven beach.
