Our luxury holiday apartment has open plan lounge (42inch plasma, sky TV, internet & dvd) kitchen diner, 2 double bedrooms (2 double beds), bathroom, off road parking, stunning sea views.

As you can see from the photos we are situated about 2 minutes walk from the beach/pub/shops.

Praa Sands is a small seaside village which is mid way between the historic market town of Helston and the port of Penzance.

Praa Sands, boasts a mile long life guarded, golden beach, which is popular with families & surfers. The beach is an ideal starting point to the coastal footpath either side.

Praa Sands has a bar/pub, restaurant, beach cafe, post office/general store, surf school, large gift/hardware store, golf course and castle.
