Located on Fore Street, within the quiet, by-passed village of Probus the cottage is in easy walking distance of a farm shop, convenience shops, two restaurants and a pub.

The famous gardens of the Trewithen estate are located just on the edge of the village, with the romantic 'Lost Gardens of Heligan' approximately 25mins away and The Eden Project only ten minutes further.
