It is located on a private road with parking, and benefits from being only a few minutes walk from the centre of town.

including the Tate and the Barbara Hepworth Museum. Combine this with
surfing, scenic coastal paths and many good quality restaurants and
cafes and you need never venture further. However, for those who wish
to explore, the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, St. Michaels
Mount and other National Trust properties are easily accessible.
